Lifetime Warranty

Every piece we make is built to last. We stand behind our jewelry fully — if something goes wrong with the quality, we will make it right. No hassle, no runaround.

What is covered Any discoloration, tarnishing, or fading that is not caused by physical damage, modifications, or misuse is covered under our lifetime warranty. We will send you a replacement at no charge.

What is not covered

  • The small connecting rings used to attach pendants to chains are welded for strength. Because of how they are constructed, the gold plating on those specific parts cannot be fully guaranteed — however the chain and pendant themselves are always covered.
  • If a piece has been altered, resized, or modified by a third-party jeweler, the warranty no longer applies. Any changes made outside of our team void the coverage.
  • Scratches and scuffs that result from everyday use are considered normal wear and do not qualify for a replacement. Our warranty covers quality defects, not physical damage from impact or friction.

How to submit a warranty claim

If you believe your piece qualifies for a warranty replacement, send us an email with the following information and we will take care of the rest:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your order number
  3. The name, size, and color of the item
  4. A clear photo showing the issue
Email us at insert@email.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

My piece lost its shine — does that count?

Sometimes a piece may look dull after extended daily wear. Before submitting a claim, it is worth checking whether it just needs a quick clean. A buildup of lotion, soap, or oils can make gold-plated jewelry look faded when it is actually just dirty.

To clean it at home: mix a small amount of mild dish soap with warm water, dip the piece in briefly, and use a soft cloth or brush to gently clean the surface. Rinse with clean water, pat dry, and buff with a microfiber cloth. This brings back the shine in most cases.

If it still looks off after cleaning, reach out and we will assess whether it qualifies for a replacement under the warranty.
